Building strong communities means helping citizens to be prepared. Join us as we support governmental and faith-based organizations in their efforts to organize, train and prepare people for disasters or emergencies. RSC members come to understand the importance of services and activities conducted by emergency services providers and then function in an essential role in testing emergency plans and procedures in realistic environments during one to three emergency drills conducted annually.
